By using binsaeedai.com or contacting us through it you agree to the following terms. Platform and Labs services are governed by separate agreements signed with each customer.
1. Use of the website
Content on the website introduces our services and is not legal, engineering or professional advice. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to harm it or its users.
2. Intellectual property
The logo, trademark, text, designs and software on the website belong to Bin Saeed AI or are licensed to it and may not be copied or used without written permission. The Zain typeface is licensed under the SIL Open Font License.
3. Forms and requests
Submitting a form through the website creates no contractual obligation on either party. Services begin when a separate agreement defining scope, price and timeline is signed.
4. Ideas sent to Labs
Your idea remains yours. We treat what you send confidentially and use it only to assess your request and respond. If you want an NDA before sharing details, ask for one in your message.
5. Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect damage arising from use of, or inability to access, the website.
6. External links
The website may link to other sites whose content we do not control and for which we are not responsible.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
