Bin Saeed AI ("we") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL) and its implementing regulations. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it and what your rights are.
1. Data we collect
When you use the website or submit a form we may collect: name, e-mail, mobile number, company name and job title, and the content of your message or idea description. We also collect limited technical data (browser type, pages visited) through privacy-respecting analytics that do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to your requests, arrange demos and discovery sessions, send information you asked for and improve the website. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent when you submit a form, to carry out your request before contracting, or for our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website in a way that does not override your rights.
4. Sharing
We may use service providers for website hosting and e-mail delivery under agreements that oblige them to protect the data and use it only for our purposes. We aim to keep platform customers' data inside the Kingdom and disclose any transfer abroad as required by law.

We keep contact data for no longer than 24 months from the last contact unless law or contract requires otherwise, then delete or anonymise it.
